When will my monthly credits be delivered?: Your credits will be delivered on the same day of the month your subscription was started. Example: Prospect Elementary started their Classroom subscription on June 4th, 2019 and received 36 credits. On July 4th, 2019 they received a delivery of 3 credits.
Will I receive credits during my trial?: No credits are automatically awarded until after a subscription has been started.
How can I receive the Free version?: When your trial or subscription expires, you will automatically be reverted to the free version.
What happens when my subscription expires?: Your domain will be automatically downgraded to the free version.
Does my subscription automatically renew?: Yes! Your subscription will automatically renew and will be billed to the credit card we have on file.
Will I get a credit reward each year that I subscribe?: No, each domain is eligible for 1 signup reward for the lifetime of the domain.
